This seat has been rated as a "BEST BET" by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
I have two of these seats for my two kids ages 3 and 6 and the seats are great.
The seats fit in any type of car with a shoulder belt.
Also, you can take the back of the seat off and just use the bottom booster for larger kids with a special retention clip to keep the seatbelt away from the child's neck.
This seat is also great for travelling as the bottom part can be easily carried on airplanes or put in the overhead storage compartment.
The cushion is soft but not plush and the fabric can be easily removed for cleaning.
Two cupholders are included on the seat which retract.
The seat is rated for kids 30-100 lbs, so you can get many years of use from them.
Overall, great booster seat!
